Gaelic Telecom announce fundraising partnership

Gaelic Telecom has announced that its fundraising partnership with the GAA will deliver over €500,000 to grass roots gaelic games within a year.

The first payments totalling almost €100,000 were announced yesterday with monies going directly to clubs and County Boards nationwide.

Some clubs will receive up to €4,000 depending on the number of members who switched their phones to Gaelic Telecom.

The funds were raised by members and supporters of the GAA all over the country who switched their phone service to Gaelic Telecom, the Official Telecoms Partner of the GAA.
By switching their phone to Gaelic Telecom, the club members saved themselves money on line rental and call charges, but more importantly,15% of the value of their call charges are rebated to their nominated club and/or county.
